__ On the noted wedding date, the number of hours offered is meant to begin when the photographer walks into the first venue and ends when they complete breakdown at the last location. All overtime will be billed, and is to be paid at the overtime rate of $175 per hour.
__ The noted party agrees that full payment of the Package Price must be paid in three installments.
The first being a non-refundable security deposit of $250 is due at the time of signing the wedding contract. Second payment equal to 50% is due four weeks prior to the noted wedding date on your contract. Final payment of remaining balance is due on the wedding day. All additional costs must be paid in full before receiving final product.

__ Upon payment in full to KDees Photography of all amounts due to KDees Photography, the digital images will be given to the noted party in the form of a disk. KDees Photography will retain the copyright of photographs taken on the noted wedding date as samples of its work, for the purposes of window and showroom exhibits, advertising including printed publications, professional competition and world wide web. Remember that federal law protects photographers and their work and there are fines and penalties for those who do not adhere to these laws. Please respect the work of KDees Photography by not altering, copying or printing the images, except for personal use.
__ The noted party understands that KDees Photography retains the right to choose the final digital images. The noted party also understands that the post-processing may take up to several months to complete.
__ The noted party agrees KDees Photography is the exclusive, official photographer retained to photograph the noted wedding date specified on this contract.
__ The noted party agrees that KDees Photography shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to property occasioned by any act or omission of the photographer(s).
__ The noted party acknowledges and agrees that the liability of KDees Photography, its photographer(s), no matter howsoever caused, is limited to the following refund policy:
- if KDees Photography is unable to supply the noted party with any photos from any coverages due to circumstances beyond its immediate, direct and reasonable control, including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, due to digital film defect, camera or flash or lighting malfunction, then KDees Photography will give the noted party a refund for the amount paid for the affected coverages.
- if the photographer(s) does/do not meet the noted party's reasonable expectations, and if the same arise solely and exclusively because the photographer(s) failed to perform the services in a reasonably competent manner under the circumstances given to them, then KDees Photography will give the noted party a refund for the affected coverages in an amount determined by KDees Photography, acting reasonably, but in no event to exceed the amount paid for the affected coverages.
__ 100% (one hundred percent) of the payments paid are forfeited if this Wedding Photography Contract is broken, cancelled or terminated prior to and including the noted wedding date.
