A few things about your photos:
-All images are copyrighted by KDees Photography. You may only use your photos for personal use and the images may not be altered or copied in any way. KDees Photography retains the right to use the photos for advertising and portfolio purposes. If your images are used for any other purpose, you will be notified.
-Please give credit where credit is due. If you show your photos to others, whether by email, on Facebook or printed and framed, please give full and obvious credit to KDees Photography [Captured Moments]. Feel free to cite my website/Facebook page as well - www.kdeesphotography.blogspot.ca or www.facebook.com/kdeesphotography. Federal law protects photographers and their work and there are fines and penalties for those who do not adhere to these laws. Thank you for your respect!

-I have taken the liberty to crop and edit your photos as I see fit. All images are 4x6 size unless otherwise specified (in its file name). To ensure that your photos are printed as they appear on your screen, you must print the size specified or a ratio thereof. (Example: an 8x10 photo may be enlarged to a 16x20 because it is a 1:2 ratio. However, using an 8x10- sized file to create a 5x7-sized print will result in random cropping and you’ll be greatly disappointed with the finished product!) If there are files you would like cropped or edited into a different size, please let me know and I will be happy to do it for you! Extra fees may apply depending on workload.
-Your computer is not the same as mine. Different processing labs produce varying quality of work. I have created your photos with color balance in mind, but on your computer, the photos may have a different color-cast. Also, a lowerquality lab may produce your prints with a slightly different color-cast. KDees Photography [Captured Moments] is not responsible for these differences. Feel free to ask for recommendations for where to produce your prints for best color and quality.
-Feedback is greatly appreciated. I would love to hear about what you liked about your session, what may need improvement and what you thought of your final photos. My favorite thing of all is to know that you’re pleased with the overall experience and that you LOVE your photos! That is what I hope for with every client I have! It is the reason that I do what I do!
